Application 25-375: 28 Academy Place, Todd Labarr, seeking Area Variances necessary to construct a 30’ x 40’ (1,200 SF) detached garage in addition to the existing detached garage. Also, the maximum area of a residential garage is 750 square feet with the maximum length of the structure running parallel to the street no more than 24 feet.
