Application 25-001: 245 South Main Street, Lincoln on Main, seeking an Area Variance to reface a preexisting, nonconforming pole sign. In accordance with the Sign Schedule of the Zoning Ordinance, pole signs are no longer permitted in the C-2 zone district.
