Planters on Phoenix Street
00:35The BID, working in conjunction with owners on Phoenix Street, would like to install six (6) planters along the north side of Phoenix Street. Property owners on the street have collectively contributed funds to purchase the planters. The BID will both plant and maintain the planters. 2023 Audited Financial Statements
